Located on newly-fashionable West Avenue, Mondrian is a quiet enclave just minutes from the bustling center of South Beach, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. The visionary style of designer Marcel Wanders is apparent from the moment you pull into the porte-cochere: guests walk through a grand entryway appointed with custom-designed furniture, lighting and accent pieces, evoking Wanders’ design homage of “Sleeping Beauty’s Castle”. Upon entering the soaring lobby, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Biscayne Bay. Immediately the eye is drawn to the masterpiece of the room–an iconic, signature “floating staircase.” Black and gold patterned furnishings and oversized brass bell shaped lights add a touch of whimsy and welcome guests to sit and socialize or enjoy the view.

Uniquely designed by Marcel Wanders, Mondrian’s main swimming pool is surrounded by sun-soaked lounge pillows, lush gardens hung with hammocks and landscaped into a labyrinthine trail with lounge areas, secret pathways and “kissing corners.” A second level terrace offers flexible entertaining spaces for dining, private events, and enjoying the superb sunset views. Separate kids’ pool and play areas include a tented sandbox and toy room and large cabanas for family rental. Cocktails, light fare, spa treatments, and private cabanas are also available poolside. Jet skis, boating and water sports are offered on the bay.

Mondrian features elegantly-appointed meeting rooms with stunning bay views and state-of-the-art audio-visual and telecommunications equipment. Executive boardrooms, as well as production, wardrobe, make-up and casting rooms are available and wireless internet access is provided in all meeting spaces and lobby areas. Plasma monitors for audio-visual playback, smart boards, electronic flip charts, laptop computers, cellular telephones, and fax machines are available upon request.
