If u are an Indian food buff, you must try out the Indian Restaurant,Jhoom at Versailles Hotel in Al Rigga in Deira. The kebabs and curries are out-of-the- world. They make a Chicken Tikka Roll-which I gathered comes originally from Kolkata. It is awesome! A thin Rumali Roti with a fried edd wrapped stuffed with boneless chicken tikka and rolled. Uff ! Great !!!.

For some of the best bangers and mash in perhaps all of England try the Big Bang restaurant located on Walton Street in Oxford. Here you can have several variations of the original Oxford sausage like the tomato and basil, wild mushroom and garlic, Lamb and mint sausage with various different kind of mashes ( rose, carrot and swede). The restaurant also has a great repertoire of locally brewed beers as well. Big Bang offers live jazz on Tuesday nights and promotes local artists as well.
